Basic Job Information

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced semiconductor business leader to drive the profitable growth and strategic expansion of APAC AdTech business. This role requires a leader with deep industry expertise, strong customer and partner relationships, and the ability to balancing short term execution with 5-year strategic initiatives, aligning cross-functional and cross-region teams, ensuring the business captures emerging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities    

1. Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion

  • Define and execute the APAC semiconductor business strategy, aligning with global objectives while addressing regional dynamics (e.g., supply chain shifts, geopolitical factors).
  • Identify and capitalize on high-growth opportunities through partnerships or organic expansion.
  • Lead market intelligence efforts to anticipate trends, competitive threats, and disruptive technologies.

2. P&L & Commercial Excellence

  • Driving revenue growth, margin improvement, cost optimization and optimize business models.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate high-value contracts with key accounts
  • Foster strategic customer relationships, ensuring alignment with their roadmaps

3.   Ecosystem & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Strengthen partnerships with vendors and R&D hubs to secure supply chain resilience and innovation advantages.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align APAC strategy with product development and technology roadmaps.

4.   Team & Organizational Leadership

  • Build and mentor a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless execution.

Qualification and Experience                                                                               

  • Good appreciation of chemistry requirements in semiconductor industry
  • 15+ years in semiconductor industry leadership (sales, GM, or P&L roles), with 5+ years in APAC.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chains, and key APAC market dynamics.
  • Strong network
  • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin; other APAC languages a plus.
