We're looking for an enthusiastic Analytics Manager to join our Central Data Team and guide our central analytics sub-craft. In this hybrid player-coach role, you'll be the heart of our data strategy, helping our studio and central teams understand their data needs while staying close to the craft you love. You'll directly support and mentor a wonderful team of six analysts, including a trainee, fostering a welcoming space where everyone can learn and grow together.
As a key strategic partner, you'll connect closely with our games-as-a-service platform (Beacon), our direct-to-consumer team, and our user acquisition tooling teams. Together, you'll help shape our business unit planning and turn complex data into clear, compassionate insights that support our internal game teams. If you love nurturing talent just as much as you enjoy diving into hands-on data models, you'll feel right at home with us.
You will have impact and fun at work by:
Supporting, coaching, and growing a talented team of six data analysts through trust and open communication.
Collaborating with high-level teams across UA, Game Teams, Ads, and Finance to share actionable strategies.
Balancing your time between guiding your team and working hands-on with your own data analyses and models.
Connecting our technical data engineering and ML teams with business friends to help our studios thrive.
Encouraging a forward-thinking culture that explores how AI tools and automation can make our daily workflows smoother.
Participating in business unit planning to deeply understand and care for the analytics needs of our games.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
Leadership experience with a genuine passion for mentoring people and building healthy, collaborative team cultures.
Strong professional experience working hands-on as a Data Analyst.
Excellent SQL skills and comfort using Python for data analysis, especially with libraries like pandas or numpy.
Great data literacy and experience building clear, helpful dashboards within cloud data environments like AWS.
A degree in a quantitative field (like Math, Computer Science, or Economics) or a similar foundation built through self-learning.
A curious mindset with an eagerness to integrate helpful AI tools into your daily workflows.
Experience in data analytics within the mobile free-to-play gaming space.
