Responsible for executing high-priority analysis requests from Revenue Cycle leadership, including hands-on development, design and identifies trends and actionable insights. Reports key issues, insights, concerns, and project updates to leadership. Supports BI Lead Analysts in liaising with Revenue Cycle teams or other Process Improvement and Business Support teams. Works with Revenue Cycle executive leaders to set and monitor internal and external Analytics KPIs and SLAs. Fosters collaboration between the Analytics team and the broader PI and Business Support department. Develops technical specifications for metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and other analytics for actionable insights. Tracks and prioritizes ongoing debugging and maintenance of existing reports. Collaborates with Training and Education Coordinators to communicate and implement usage of new Analytics products. Develops tools and metrics required to complete quality audits and provide data and dashboards for Quality Audit Analysts to complete root cause analysis. Responsible for executing high-priority analysis requests from Revenue Cycle leadership, including hands-on development, design and identifies trends and actionable insights. Manages and aligns the project pipeline to staff expertise and availability. Oversees BI Lead Analysts, Analysts, Data Engineers in leading projects. Ensures alignment of team priorities with broader enterprise Revenue Cycle strategic objectives. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to solve complex analytics related problems involving large data by using data collection methods, root cause analysis, establishing facts, exercises experience and objective independent judgment to draw valid conclusions [Required]
• Awareness of data querying techniques (i.e., Structured Query Language, Power Query, Power Pivot) [Required]
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or other databasing software to organize data, develop data models for analysis, and create visualizations [Required]
• Working knowledge of data architecture best practices and ability to model and execute data infrastructure strategy [Required]
• Basic knowledge of one or more business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, QlikView, Oracle Business Intelligence, HPM, Minitab or similar.) [Required]
• Ability to collaborate and form strong relationships with Revenue Cycle and department leadership to strategically anticipate needs and work with the Analytics team to design and develop reports, scorecards, dashboards, and any other data requests that garner stakeholder alignment and support data-driven decision-making across Revenue Cycle functional areas [Required]
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to organize, develop, manage, and motivate teams to successfully realize goals and navigate change [Required]

Field of Study:
• in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related field
• in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or related field
Work Experience:
• 2+ management and/or leadership [Required]
• 4+ combined business intelligence, data analytics and/or revenue cycle management experience [Required]
• 5+revenue cycle, with specific emphasis on revenue cycle operations management and/or analytics [Preferred]
• Database Administration, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Big Data, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Information Technology. [Preferred]
• 2+ Working knowledge of data querying techniques such as MSSQL, PSQL or similar [Preferred].

Pay Range:
$110,702.15 - $205,911.28Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
