Job Description Summary:

Our company is actively seeking a seasoned Amazon Supply & Operations Lead. The successful candidate will display significant experience in operations management and project leadership, along with proficiency in supply chain logistics and customer relationship management. This integral role will actively manage our Amazon account, focusing on the comprehensive order-to-cash process, across Amazon Fresh and Amazon.Com 

 
Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proactive strategic initiative within the supply chain and operations solutions.

  • Provide effective and timely communication with all relevant Amazon business leads, including our bottler and Franchise partners.

  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of EDI/order processing systems and ensure proper outlet setups for AFS physical locations. 

  • Guarantee a seamless workflow of order processing, AR challenges handling, and fulfillment logistics. 

  • Act as the key figure to assist with order adjustments, scheduling arrangements, and immediate solutions to Amazon's order management, logistics, and payment issues. 

  • Lead management of various challenges including PO mis-receiving, orders falling below minimum thresholds, expiration date, forecasting, refusal issues with Bottlers. 

  • Control chargeback disputes and chargeback root cause reductions, manage chargebacks for missed fills, handle delivery escalations, and alleviate shortages. 

  • Demonstrate vigilance in pricing discrepancies, invoicing issues, and EDI/connectivity issues. 

  • Ensure adherence to AML compliance and zero fill report compliance. 

  • Masterfully manage holiday schedules, allocation/constraint communication, digital shelf management, forecasting, and Andon cords. 

  • Develop proactive solutions to tackle ASN not delivered issues and MOQ Updates across bottlers. 

  • Oversee the management of Vendor Central availability status changes and actively participate in payment settlements. 
      

Experience
  

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree (required)

  • Comprehensive operational management experience and a marked background in supply chain logistics and project management.

  • Experience with Amazon accounts will be highly regarded.

  • They should demonstrate excellent communication skills, robust problem-solving and decision-making ability, higher attention to detail, and strong leadership qualities.

  • Experience in effectively managing and implementing projects, working collaboratively with a diverse range of teams, using EDI/order processing systems and strategic planning is vital.

  • A talent for fostering positive customer relationships is also crucial.

Pay Range:

$119,000 - $145,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
