Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic Solution Leadership
- Lead complex, high-value customer solutioning initiatives from discovery through deal closure
- Define scalable AI architectures and reusable solution patterns
- Shape solution strategy aligned to customer business outcomes
- Customer & Executive Engagement
- Engage directly with customer executives and technical stakeholders
- Drive executive-level technical discussions, workshops, and presentations
- Establish solid technical credibility and influence strategic decisions
- Opportunity & Pipeline Management
- Own strategic pipeline visibility and governance for solution engineering
- Partner with GTM leadership on account planning, pursuits, and prioritization
- Drive opportunity shaping, positioning, and conversion to revenue
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and guide Solution Engineering teams (AI Solution Leads)
- Provide technical leadership and enforce best practices in solutioning
- Foster a high-performance, AI-native engineering culture
- AI Solution Engineering & Architecture
- Drive architecture design, prototyping strategy, and proof-of-value development
- Ensure reuse of internal AI assets and accelerators
- Establish standards for AI-native workflows, tooling, and engineering practices
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Productization, GTM, and Delivery teams
- Ensure smooth transition from solutioning to delivery (handoff to engineering teams)
- Align solution design with product and delivery capabilities
- Market & Innovation Leadership
- Identify emerging healthcare AI trends and opportunities
- Contribute to innovation strategy and reusable accelerators
- Support development of differentiated AI offerings

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Computer Science
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- Data Science
- Experience working with healthcare data standards and interoperability frameworks, such as:
- HL7 / FHIR
- Claims, EHR/EMR data models
- Clinical and administrative datasets
- Familiarity with key healthcare business processes, including:
- Claims processing and adjudication
- Care management and utilization management
- Revenue cycle management (RCM)
- Population health and quality improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare Domain Expertise / Knowledge
