Reporting to the Commercial Operations Lead, you will lead local performance analytics and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely insights to support our evolving business needs. A typical day might include the following:

Ensuring all results are consistently aligned with internal and external policies and procedures with respect to data assets

Creating insightful reports and presentations that simplify actionable insights and business implications.

Building Oncology patient cohorts, clarifying treatment journeys and developing patient flow forecasts.

Developing rich account-level insights, including segmentation and opportunity assessments.

Collaborating with internal teams, above-market teams, and vendors to coordinate cross-functional analyses and data acquisition.

Partnering with Commercial Operations to support field sizing, alignments, targeting, segmentation, and incentive compensation analyses.

Managing day-to-day relationships with sales leaders and brand teams to identify business needs and source solutions via data management, reporting, and analytics.

To be considered:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Japan's biopharmaceutical market dynamics, laws, and regulations, with experience in pharmaceutical analytics. Required skills include strategic execution, data visualization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Veeva, and business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.). Business level Japanese and English proficiency is essential. Prior experience in biopharmaceutical sales, marketing, or commercial operations is preferred, with a minimum of 9+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience in Commercial roles and 5 years of Analytics experience.
