Develop and implement portfolio management strategies to enhance eCommerce growth, analyze customer needs, execute marketing campaigns, and monitor performance metrics to improve retention and engagement.

- Immerse in the culture of segmentation, testing and
optimization as well as modeling, working with teammates across different teams
to develop our testing strategy and share best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, eCommerce, finance,
communications, or related discipline
- Minimum of 8-year experience in portfolio management,
retention marketing and CRM
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and
Google Analytics
- Solid experience and knowledge in insurance or financial
preferred
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced
environment with can-do mindset and to manage conflicting priorities and cope
with stress
- Excellent time management, organizational, and program
management skills
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and stakeholder
management skills with ability to work independently as well as a team player
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and in a
fast-paced environment with can-do mindset
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese &
Mandarin
Skills Required
