Senior Accounting Manager, Payroll & Treasury
Position Summary
The Senior Accounting Manager, Payroll & Treasury is responsible for overseeing U.S. payroll operations, treasury activities, and selected accounting functions. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, effective cash management, compliance with internal controls, and timely financial reporting. The position partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, and external service providers to support the Company's financial and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll
- Oversee U.S. payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Review payroll-related accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals, and employee-related liabilities.
- Partner with Human Resources and payroll providers to ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
- Support payroll audits and process improvement initiatives.
Treasury
- Manage cash positioning, cash forecasting, and daily treasury activities.
- Review and approve banking transactions in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
- Support banking relationships, bank account administration, and treasury reporting.
Accounting & Compliance
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Support external audits, SOX compliance activities, and internal control initiatives.
- Support strategic initiatives, system implementations, process improvements, and other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting, payroll, treasury, or finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, payroll accounting, and cash management practices.
- Experience with ERP systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location. Please note this range reflects base salary and does not include incentive compensation or potential equity grants. We also offer a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package.
