What will you be doing?You'll lead a team of talented professionals while managing a diverse client portfolio. Your days include:
- Building strategic client partnerships through regular visits, becoming their trusted advisor on decisions that matter
- Coaching and developing talent while ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients
- Driving new business opportunities by actively participating in developing projects and services
- Sharing expertise through seminars, conferences, and publications
You’re looking to make a difference, we’re looking for the following elements to help you get there.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role or environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Economic
- ITAA certification is a plus (we support your journey)
- Fluent Dutch and strong English; French is a plus
- Natural leader who's proactive, client-focused, and pragmatic
- Familiarity with the Gent/Roeselare region and a natural ability to broaden your network
