About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketer to spearhead our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Field Marketing initiatives. This is a very hands-on role, focusing on driving targeted engagement and deep account penetration within our top-named accounts in the real estate development industry. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of strategic thinking and execution, leveraging their marketing expertise to partner closely with sales teams and create impactful campaigns and events that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Design, implement, and optimize ABM strategies for top-named accounts in the real estate development sector.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify high-value accounts and tailor campaigns to address specific account needs.
  • Develop personalized multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement and pipeline growth.

Field Marketing

  • Plan and execute private, exclusive events and programs to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales teams to create localized marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage the logistics and execution of events, including vendor relationships, budgets, and post-event analysis.

Collaboration and Alignment

  • Act as the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment of goals.
  • Enable sales teams with marketing materials, insights, and data to enhance account penetration.

Analytics and Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, ensuring initiatives deliver ROI.
  • Use insights to continuously refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.

RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).
  • MBA or advanced degree in marketing or business (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-8 years working specifically on ABM and/or Field Marketing programs.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience developing content and campaigns from start to finish.
  • Proven track record of working effectively with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
  • Expertise in planning and executing private events and targeted field marketing campaigns.
  • Strong familiarity with the real estate development industry is a plus.

Skills

  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for creating content from scratch to support vertical-based messaging.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and ABM platforms. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
