Role and responsibilities
As part of our life sciences industry team, you will:
- Work directly with clients and colleagues to plan and execute projects
- Prepare proposals and develop the life sciences consulting business
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Execute projects independently and as part of a team, occasionally acting as project lead
- Organise, structure, and conduct analyses
- Prepare and facilitate workshops
- Create and deliver presentations
We are looking for someone with:
- 4-8 years of relevant consulting experience in operations within the life sciences industry
- Previous experience as a line manager in a GMP environment or as an internal consultant working with operational excellence in the life sciences sector
- A master's degree from a leading university
- Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence
- Strong implementation skills
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken German (C1) and English
- Willingness to travel
- A bold and innovative mindset, with the confidence to challenge the status quo
