Senior Management Accountant
(Based at MAS Fabric – Matrix - Thulhiriya)
MAS Matrix, is a diversified flat-knit apparel manufacturing facility under MAS Holdings. Matrix houses 1000 Stoll flatbed machines offerings athleisure wear, performance wear, essentials and knit components for global brands such as Nike, Decathlon, Gymshark, Lacoste, Victoria's Secret and Stoko. Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs.

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to supervising & reviewing Management Accounting, Financial Accounting & Purchasing functions to ensure efficient & effective functioning. Overall responsibility for Tax related tasks including income tax, Transfer pricing, Ensure relevant accounting policies & procedures are in place & adhered to
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor progress of the team to ensure timely & accurate finalization of the monthly & year end financials, ensuring conformance to reporting & procedural standards.
Coordinate with external auditors and leading the team to ensure timely and effective completion of year end audit process to meet regulatory/ statutory requirements.
Monitor all Tax related activities (Income tax, Transfer pricing, SVAT and VAT) and check whether they are performed in an accurate and timely manner.
Prepare and present accurate monthly Management Accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, and supporting schedules) to management within agreed timelines, including variance analysis against budget/forecast and commentary on key business drivers, to support informed decision-making.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Full academic / professional qualification in Finance & Accounting (CIMA/ICASL/ACCA - finalist/ passed finalist, member)
- 5 to 7 years of experience
- Knowledge and ability to work in an ERP system preferably SAP
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Office.
