The Role
This position supports the centralized receipt of customer mail for Fidelity. The role leverages business partner requirements to receive, sort and deliver monetary and non-monetary items in Inbound Operations. They also collect and prepare outbound packages for pick-up by external vendors. Accuracy and timeliness are important to meet all compliance and regulatory requirements.

The Team
As a member of the team, you will sort incoming mail. Perform package delivery for all incoming overnight mail. Ensure timely completion of all customer requests and mail operations duties.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
