1. 주요 업무 내용 (Job Description)
- 복합 가공기 및 CNC 선반 운용: DNS(두산/현 DN솔루션즈) 복합기(Multi-axis machine)를 활용한 스퍼터링 타겟 소재의 정밀 절삭 가공.
- 품질 검사 (CMM): 3차원 측정기(CMM)를 활용하여 가공 제품의 치수 정밀도 측정
- 표면 처리 (Buffing/Polishing): 타겟 표면의 조도(Roughness) 확보를 위한 정밀 버핑 및 폴리싱 작업 관리.
- 공정 최적화: 신규 제품의 툴링(Tooling) 설계 및 가공 공정 사이클 타임 단축, 불량률 개선.
- CAM 프로그래밍: Esprit Post Processor를 사용하여 복합 가공기용 Machining Code(G-code) 생성 및 최적화.
2. 자격 요건 (Qualification Requirements)
- 경력: 정밀 가공 분야 7~10년 이상의 실무 경력자.
- 기술 역량:
- CNC/복합기: Multi-axis(다축) 가공기 셋업 및 운용 능숙자.
- 도면 해석 능력 및 정밀 측정 장비 활용 능력
- CAM 소프트웨어: Esprit 사용 가능자 (Post-processing 및 시뮬레이션).
- 측정 능력: CMM(3차원 측정기) 운용 및 도면 해석 능력 보유자.
- 주도적인 업무 수행 및 팀원 기술 지도 가능자.
- 학력: 고등학교졸업 이상
- 공통사항: 해외여행에 결격사유가 없는 자

Responsibilities
- Multi-axis & CNC Machining: Operate and manage DNS (formerly Doosan/DN Solutions) multi-axis machines for precision cutting and machining of sputtering target materials
- Quality Inspection (CMM): Perform dimensional precision measurements of machined products using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Surface Treatment (Buffing/Polishing): Manage precision buffing and polishing processes to achieve required surface roughness (Ra) for targets
- Process Optimization: Design tooling for new products, reduce machining cycle times, and improve defect rates
- CAM Programming: Generate and optimize machining codes (G-code) for multi-axis machines using Esprit Post Processor
Qualification Requirements
- 7 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in the field of CNC machining.
- CNC/Multi-axis: Proficient in setting up and operating multi-axis machining centers
- Drawing Reading: Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and utilize precision measuring equipment.
- CAM Software: Proficient in Esprit (Post-processing and simulation)
- Metrology: Skilled in CMM operation and dimensional verification
- Leadership: Ability to work proactively and provide technical
- Education: High school diploma or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- CAD/CAE: Experience in jig design and drawing modification using AutoCAD or Inventor
- Material Expertise: Experience machining various non-ferrous metals and alloys, such as Copper (Cu), Aluminum (Al), and Titanium (Ti)
- Certifications/License: Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Computer Aided Manufacturing Technician, Industrial Engineer Machining, or Engineer Mechanical Assembly)
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the semiconductor materials or sputtering target industry
- Location: Residents near Dangjin-si are preferred
