The Opportunity
We’re seeking exceptional, Machine Learning Engineering experts to join our specialized teams working on facial recognition, robust liveness detection, and comprehensive ID processing and validation. If you’re passionate about solving complex, real-world challenges with cutting-edge machine learning, we want you on our team.
About the Role
As a senior Machine Learning Engineer at Incode, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying deep learning models that drive our industry-leading products. You will also build robust end-to-end ML pipelines and optimize models for performance and cost efficiency in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovate & Optimize: Develop and refine state-of-the-art deep learning models for computer vision
- Production-Ready Solutions: Architect and maintain scalable ML pipelines, ensuring models are production-ready and cost-efficient
- Research & Discovery: Immerse yourself in the latest academic and industry breakthroughs, experiment with emerging architectures and algorithms, and transform innovative ideas into practical, production-ready solutions that elevate Incode’s biometric technology
- Data Mastery: Leverage your expertise in data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis to enhance model performance
- Collaborate & Communicate: Integrate ML solutions seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and research
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide teammates and shape a culture of continuous improvement
Your Profile
- A professional with 5+ years of industrial experience in Deep Learning and Computer Vision
- Expert in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Demonstrated expertise in developing, and optimizing models for both performance and cost efficiency, deploying and monitoring ML models in production environments, including experience with edge AI
- Specialized expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Facial recognition: face recognition, age estimation, and facial attributes assessment
- Liveness Detection: facial authentication, anti-spoofing, anti-deepfake, and other digital attacks defense
- Document Processing: document analysis, OCR-based extraction, and quality assurance.
- ID Verification: Biometric data authentication and document integrity validation
- Proven research acumen: a track record of published research papers or contributions in peer-reviewed venues, skilled at exploring emerging trends in deep learning and computer vision, while translating innovative ideas into practical, production-ready solutions.
- A clear communicator with a track record of collaborating effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Passionate about mentoring and developing talent, and equally comfortable with both long-term research projects and fast-paced iterative development
