In this role, you’ll work closely with Data Science, Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and operationalize machine learning systems that power optimization, audience strategy, measurement, and business insights across our enterprise.

You’ll be the engineering backbone behind our analytics and optimization engines—improving model deployment pipelines, strengthening ML infrastructure, and integrating emerging AI technologies into real business workflows. What You’ll Do

  • Build and automate scalable machine learning pipelines that support every stage of the campaign lifecycle—from data ingestion to analysis, insights, and activation.
  • Deploy models on cloud platforms, ensuring reliability and efficient CI/CD for seamless integration into our products.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Product, Engineering, and business teams to turn prototypes into production-ready solutions, always keeping the right product vision in mind.
  • Work across teams to deliver enterprise-grade analytics solutions that meet business needs and drive measurable impact.
  • Set engineering standards, mentor teammates, and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Leverage the latest model technologies and AI advancements to keep our analytics and campaign products innovative and impactful.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
  • Strong Python engineering skills.
  • Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with ML pipeline tools (Airflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, etc.).
  • Experience with API development and backend engineering.
  • Understanding of model monitoring, testing, and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with DS and product teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting marketing, optimization, or measurement models.
  • Knowledge of data processing frameworks (SQL, Spark, BigQuery, etc.).
  • Familiarity with LLMs or modern AI tools (a plus).
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Master’s degree preferred
