General Summary
The Senior M3 Solution Lead is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing our Infor M3 ERP environment. This position supports the Wholesale Footwear business.
The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Process Optimization:
- Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, and Operations to understand business needs and translate them into optimized M3 solutions.
- Evaluate existing workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for business process improvement.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, test cases, and process flows.
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises.
- M3 Functional Expertise:
- Configure and support M3 modules aligned with our business processes.
- Manage and support M3 master data governance, security roles, and functional administration.
- Troubleshoot complex functional issues (Level 2/3 support).
- Support testing cycles, release management, upgrades, and patching efforts.
- M3 Technical & Integration Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical teams using MuleSoft, MEC, APIs, and other integration platforms.
- Support interface design and troubleshooting across systems including POS, Ecommerce, WMS, PLM, and GTNexus.
- Work with M3 technical constructs such as tables, batch jobs, and data structures.
- Assist with data migration and validation for CloudSuite.
- Project & Change Management:
- Serve as a senior resource for ERP enhancement projects and the CloudSuite migration.
- Participate in project planning and requirements prioritization.
- Develop and deliver end-user training.
- Maintain documentation and support change control processes.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP in a techno-functional, business analyst, or consultant role
- Experience configuring M3 and working with tools such as H5, XtendM3, CMS, LCM, IDM, and APIs
- Strong understanding of M3 tables, data structures, batch jobs, and integration concepts
- Strong capability to create functional and technical specifications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Preferred:
- Experience with IBM iSeries M3 and/or CloudSuite M3 on AWS.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, MEC, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with connected systems such as Manhattan WMS, GTNexus, PLM, POS, or Shopify.
- Industry experience in Retail, Apparel, Footwear, or Consumer Goods.
- Experience with ERP upgrades or cloud migrations.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 - $150,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
