Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on LTE/5G Network Test Engineer to perform end-to-end testing across RAN, Core, and IMS environments. Our client requires a W-2 or GC US work authorization, and we are not able to provide visa sponsorship or work with C2C arrangements. This role is 100% onsite, 5 days/week.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform LTE/5G NR, VoLTE, IMS, and data-path testing
Validate attach, registration, bearer creation, PDU sessions, VoLTE/VoNR
Analyze logs (RRC, NAS, SIP, RTP, Diameter)
Build/manage test beds (UE, SIM, APN, eNB/gNB, EPC/5GC)
Use Wireshark, QXDM, QCAT, Radcom, IRIS, IXIA/Keysight
Execute full regression, performance, IOT, and KPI testing
Document defects, RCA, KPI dashboards, and test summaries
5+ years LTE/5G testing
Strong VoLTE/IMS debugging
Proficiency with QXDM/QCAT, Wireshark
RAN + Core + IMS troubleshooting
3GPP standards knowledge
U.S. Citizen/Green Card Holder
On-site 5 days/week
W-2 only
Carrier acceptance testing
OEM device testing
Private 5G / CBRS
Satellite/NTN exposure
