Security Requirement:

· A SECRET security clearance is required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Manage operational stock program.

· Process and track equipment loan requests from end users, perform inventory management, requisition management, oversee program maintenance, logistics, and metrics.

· Ensure compliance with DOD Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) and DOD, USSOCOM and NSW property management procedures.

· Coordinate with Naval Special Warfare Command staff, supported NSW commands, Naval Facilities Headquarters, West Virginia Army National Guard, and Naval Facilities Expeditionary Warfare Center personnel for overall program functionality.

· Receive input from end users, maintainers, and government managers to effectively control daily program goals for readiness and strategic response.

· Assist with collection of information for completion of Command, DOD and Federal reporting requirements, support logistics management assessments and inspections (LMI / LMA) and conduct equipment inspections and monitor expeditionary training support.

· Ensure hazardous materials are stored and documented properly, Track inventory to provide timely information on restocking and determine correct amount of onsite material required to support both craft and vehicle maintenance.

Requirements:

· Must possess a valid state driver’s license from their state of residency to operate motor vehicles

· Have five years’ experience specializing in DOD inventory management, use of DOD Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) previously known as Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Microsoft Office Suite of programs, government purchasing regulations, and motorized and expeditionary equipment management.

Preferred:

· Experience in hazardous materials handling.

Skills Required
