Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for leading the logistics activities and warehouse management where service standard is a critical part. Develops the consensus statement of warehouse and logistics management and understands and addresses any logistics issues. In addition, is the key contact for Sales and OTC and is responsible for 3PLs management which contributes to the delivery of service targets for the assigned portfolio(s).
The key responsibilities of the incumbent would be:
• Monitoring delivery and STO activities with 3PLs and ensuring delivery within the agreed time frame provide cost analysis reports and delivery and primary transport costs are within the target
• Maintains accurate data in G3 SAP to enable proper data analytics.
• Conducts regular, monthly stock reconciliation with 3PLs to ensure inventory value is aligned. And conducts regular, cycle counts, and bi-annual stock-taking with the finance team to comply with company policy and procedures.
• Provides regular updates to Management and Sales on MTD delivery status and POD status and ensures original POD passed to C&C team within the agreed time frame.
• Monitoring 3PLs to have order confirmation within the agreed time frame to ensure no OTIF missed is due to PGI fail
• Conducts monthly business reviews with 3PLs to ensure service standards are up to the agreed KPI index and have a follow-up action plan to correct any issues that happen and KPI achievement.
• Review the monthly OTIF reports to provide key reasons affecting delayed delivery and work with 3PLs and OTC team to have a corrective action plan to improve service standard
• Provides regular updates on slow-moving stock/will be expired stock/expired stock to correspondence team to have follow-up actions to ensure healthy inventory and avoid dead stock in the warehouse.
• Reports directly to the Country Supply Chain Manager and facilitates the consolidation of the monthly KPI reports and any ad hoc reports that may be needed
