Location: Dammam – 2nd Industrial City
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, including import shipments, transportation, and coordination with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor import shipments and customs clearance processes
Coordinate with freight forwarders and transporters
Control and track Proof of Delivery (POD)
Resolve shipment issues and avoid delays
Prepare weekly delivery forecasts and coordinate with Supply Chain
Review freight pricing and select appropriate logistics partners
Ensure timely submission of freight invoices and resolve disputes
Monitor transporter performance and ensure truck availability
Requirements:
Saudi National
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Over 5 years of Logistics experience in Saudi Arabia
Strong knowledge of import processes, customs clearance, and SABER system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Skills:
Problem-solving and decision-making
Planning and organizing
Ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills.
