Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Logistics team to meet development and business goals.
- Oversee logistics network performance, including transportation, warehousing, and reverse logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Planning) to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools like SAP and Power BI.
- Manage carrier relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and financial metrics; lead performance review meetings.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional logistics teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with logistics systems and data tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French
