We are looking for a Senior Logistics Analyst to serve as a key lead and focal point for our Domestic Logistics operations. In this role, you will act as a strategic operational partner to the Logistics Lead, overseeing daily operational execution, driving vendor/carrier performance, and collaborating closely with Project Managers across all Business Units (PCV / SBL / PBL).
You will play a critical role in optimizing project revenues, ensuring on-time delivery metrics (DIFOT), managing area costs, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Lead
- Serve as the primary focal point and subject matter expert for all Domestic Logistics operations.
- Provide operational guidance, daily oversight, and technical mentorship to junior logistics team members to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Manage and optimize the Domestic Logistics operational cost budget and logistics expenditure.
Business Unit & Project Management
- Act as the dedicated domestic logistics business partner for all Business Units (PCV, SBL, PBL).
- Oversee end-to-end Project Cargo Management, coordinating complex transport and delivery requirements.
- Partner directly with Project Managers to align logistics strategies with business revenue goals and optimize Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT) performance.
Carrier Management & Global Alignment
- Work directly with global logistics partners to identify, onboard, and develop new freight carriers across the region.
- Monitor, track, and maintain performance control and SLA compliance for all carriers and logistics stakeholders.
- Ensure operational alignment between regional carrier performance and global logistics benchmarks and compliance standards.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in senior-level logistics analysis, freight management, or project cargo handling in a multinational or heavy industry environment.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid expertise in domestic logistics, project logistics execution, carrier performance management, and freight cost control.
- KPI Track Record: Strong analytical skills with a focus on SLA compliance, revenue optimization, and DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) metrics.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to act as a key liaison across multiple internal business units (PCV/SBL/PBL) and external carrier networks.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, strong negotiation skills, self-drive, and ability to guide/mentor team members.
