Senior Logistics Advisor (Saudi National)

What you’ll achieve
You will manage operations for the Fulfilment Centre (based in Dammam). As part of the role, you will need to ensure that the 3PLs (Third-Party Logistics) & Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) meet their KPIs and SLAs, as well as innovating ways to improve lead times and adapt proactively to macro environmental factors that can impact the business. Additionally, the successful candidate will need strong financial acumen, industry knowledge, process improvement mindset, and strategic vision that is aligned with Dell's corporate strategy.
You will:

Lead the day-day to operations with our 3PLs in middle east region.

Manage 3PL capacity, connecting and coordinating with demand & supply planning team.

Drive cost savings and process improvement initiatives.

Monitor daily order health, capacity, cost and micro/macro environmental changes in the regional fulfilment space.

Ensure visibility and delivery of products within the supply chain.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience and knowledge in Supply Chain operations, 3PL/ Logistics Service Provider management and logistics transportation/fulfilment.

Highly organized; with high attention to detail and ability to always follow-through to completion.

Ability to prioritize work, collaborate and operate under tight deadlines.

Excellent operational command of the business & proven success in driving operational effectiveness and Customer Centricity for a large organization.

Strong experience in driving cross-functional programs and projects and driving change.

Creative & Innovative personality with the ability to embrace risk intelligently.

Able to work under pressure and with a high sense of urgency.

Committed to drive accountability, question inefficient performance and suggest improvements.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field / Masters degree preferred.
