The role designed for you

In your role as Senior Local HRBP, reporting to the HR BP Spain & BU Sales & Marketing, and working closely with the Centres of Expertise, the rest of the HR Team and the Spanish Management team, you will be responsible for the following main activities:
· You will act as a trusted advisor to Operations leadership, translating business goals into strategic people actions.
· You will support and challenge managers on all people related topics workforce planning, performance, development, and organizational design.
· You will lead the implementation of HR initiatives that foster engagement, retention, and team effectiveness.
· You will drive and interpret HR analytics to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
· You will partner closely with the business teams to align on people-related priorities and culture.
· You will coach leaders and support change management processes across various functions beyond Operations.
· You will collaborate with the wider HR team on projects spanning talent, learning, DE&I, and employee experience.
· You will ensure labor relations and HR policies are applied consistently, fairly, and in compliance with local regulations.
The attitudes and skills we’re looking for:
· You have 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a generalist HR role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
· You know how to navigate complex, fast-paced organizations and are confident working closely with frontline and leadership teams alike.
· You have strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and feel comfortable managing employee relations and union dynamics.
· You communicate with clarity and empathy—in Spanish and English.
· You are data-driven and use insights to influence decisions and shape people strategies.
· You are hands-on, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
· You have worked with digital HR tools like Workday, Meta4, or VisualTime.
· You bring a fresh perspective and curiosity about trends in employee experience, talent development, or organizational design.
