Join us as Senior LiveOps Manager on our existing and upcoming games!

At Twin Harbour Interactive we strive to develop high-quality strategy games and make them accessible for all players around the world. In our eyes game development is a promise for fun and entertainment – that’s what we live and aim for!

As a Senior LiveOps Manager for Supremacy: WW3, you are the architect of our live player experience. You will drive monetization and live operations for our competitive real-time strategy title, ensuring a thriving in-game economy while delivering exciting seasonal content to our global community. Reporting to the Lead Game Designer and the Head of LiveOps, you will sit at the vital intersection of design, product, and analytics to influence retention, conversion, and LTV.

YOUR MISSION
  • Own the Live Ops Calendar: Execute a 4-month seasonal structure, coordinating mid-season drops, events, and sales across design, art, engineering, and marketing teams.

  • Drive Monetization Strategy: Design and iterate on offer structures, resource bundles, and seasonal IAP placements to maximize revenue while preserving long-term economy health.

  • Analyze & Iterate: Track key performance metrics like ARPDAU and payer conversion; design and run A/B tests to drive data-informed changes to event mechanics and pricing.

  • Support and mentor mid-level LiveOps Managers, fostering growth and defining efficient working models as our team scales.

  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with UA, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure growth initiatives and live ops moments are synchronized and performance-tracked.

Who you'll work with

This role forms part of the design team and reports to the Lead Game Designer on a product level and to the Head of LiveOps organizationally. Day-to-day you’ll collaborate most closely with:

  • Lead Game Designer - your direct line manager on the product; you’ll align closely on live ops strategy, monetization performance, and economy risks day-to-day

  • Game Design - collaborating on and co-owning design work for features and events with a strong monetization angle; this is a hands-on design role, not just a review function

  • Analysts / Data team - working from shared dashboards, validating hypotheses, and turning data into monetization decisions

  • Engineers & QA - coordinating live ops delivery and ensuring offer and event logic is implemented correctly

  • UA / Marketing - syncing on campaign timing, offer alignment, and acquisition-to-monetization funnels; coordinating responses to real-world events and market trends to keep live ops moments relevant and timely

You'll be expected to hold your own in technical and creative conversations across all of these functions - not just receive output, but actively shape it.

YOUR PROFILE
  • 5+ years of experience in live ops, product management, or monetization roles within the mobile/online F2P games industry.

  • Proven track record of managing live ops calendars with a measurable impact on revenue.

  • Strong understanding of F2P models, including IAPs, battle passes, and subscriptions.

  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

  • Solid grasp of A/B testing methodologies and the ability to turn results into product strategy.

  • Professional fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical and creative concepts to diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor or develop junior and mid-level team members

Nice-to-Have
  • Familiarity with real-time strategy (RTS) genres or similar deep F2P game genres.

  • Hands-on experience in game design - familiarity with how design decisions impact player behaviour and monetization

  • Awareness of monetization models beyond IAP, including ad-based and subscription models

  • Experience working in a multi-studio or international game development environment
