Job Requirements:
The Atlanta office of Greenberg Traurig is seeking a senior associate to join a national-caliber, high-stakes, complex Business Litigation team. The practice, which includes complex business and commercial cases, handles class-action defense, trade secrets, and more. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of litigation experience with a strong track record of independently managing cases and leading key aspects of litigation from intake through trial or resolution. Those applying should have the ability to handle depositions, strategy generation, motion practice, hearings, discovery management and client strategy with minimal supervision. Qualified candidates will have graduated from a nationally recognized law school in the top 10% of their class, been on the law review, moot court, or trial team.
All candidates must have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, be able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team and be highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Candidates must be admitted to The Georgia Bar or eligible for admission in the near future.
