Summary:
Experienced Cutting Tools machinist of CNC 5 Axis Mills w/ Okuma OSP Controls
Medical / Dental / Eye are available day one.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications and machining parameters in the cutting tool industry
- Proficient in blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing(GD&T), and shop mathematics in the cutting tool indusrty
- Perform multiple set ups daily on CNC 5 Axis and mill machines
- Can work independently and along side team to train or guide
- Ability to know how to program
- Inspect your own work utilizing precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
- Ensures the daily production plan is executed and met
- Troubleshooting to resolve complex technical, tooling, and fixture issues to improve efficiency
- Track all work in process within department, ensure all materials are identified and traceable
- Help employees regarding CNC machine setup, operation, malfunctions, etc.
- Identify and communicate production issues in a timely manner
- Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to jobs
- Opportunity for growth in a leadership role within 2-3 years of demonstrating the understanding of the cutting tool industry
