Core Responsibilities 

Collaborate with Head of Legal Tech, Operations, and Transformation Head and team to boost efficiency and innovation in LCR with involved parties. 

  • Develop and drive the process mapping roadmap collaboratively with colleagues in LCR and the newly established Legal Operations team within our Business Service Organization (BSO).  

  • Promote standardization, optimization, and automation of processes emphasizing efficiency and quality. 

  • Establish a robust governance framework ensuring process maps, including configuration records and workflow documentation, are maintained. 

  • Collaborate closely with the BSO Legal Operations team for effective teamwork. 

  • Serve as a reliable consultant by prioritizing value in collaborating with various parties through transparent and effective communication. 

  • Strengthen the development of comprehensive legal, compliance, and risk management structures to enhance operational efficiency following the recent legal division between LCR and BSO Legal Operations teams.

You will become a part of the geographically dispersed Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management (LCR) division, delivering services to The LEGO Group in close collaboration with the BSO Legal Operations team. 

  • Drive efficiency, innovation, and digitalization in our processes and tools. 

  • Lead projects and assignments that are in line with the legal department and the strategic objectives of the LEGO Group. 

  • Provide operational, tactical, and strategic legal tech, operation, and transformation support. 

  • Continuously collaborate with colleagues and partners to improve resource efficiency and streamline processes for efficient workflow management. 

Within the LTOT team, the Flexible Resources group boosts capacity for LCR teams. A Contracts Governance and Strategy lead manages the LEGO Group's contract framework. 

Do you have, what it takes?

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from an accredited university in Business or Technology, Legal law school, or a similar field, combined with: 

  • 4-5 years of experience in process improvement, streamlining, and mechanization. 

  • A high level of continuous improvement skills. 

  • Effective communication and facilitation skills with collaborators, customers, and interested parties. 

  • Proven project and change management skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to set direction and work as a great teammate. 

  • Comprehensive approach and understanding of business processes in a company with a global footprint and a multi-cultural environment. 

  • Driven by achieving goals and skilled at building a motivated and engaged team through strong indirect leadership.
