Your Day-to-Day
- Provide legal support for the mMarketing Division.
- Monitor regulatory developments, assess implications, and draft position papers.
- Advise on a broad range of banking and financial regulatory matters.
- Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
- Support internal teams with clear, business-focused legal guidance

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a lawyer in a leading law firm, bank, major financial institution or big Fintech company.
- Proven experience providing legal support in marketing & advertising.
- Strong background in banking and financial regulation (experience in securities - an advantage).
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Team player with strong business orientation and attention to details.
