Support compliance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25, in connection with customer delivery data, real-time tracking systems and other personal information;
· Provide practical legal advice on matters arising from the company’s activities, including monitoring legal and regulatory developments affecting the last-mile logistics industry and advising internal stakeholders on their operational implications;
· Manage matters assigned to external law firms across the jurisdictions in which we operate, including defining mandates, monitoring progress and budgets and coordinating advice with internal stakeholders;
· Collaborate with other members of the Legal Affairs team to deliver coordinated support to internal business teams and improve legal processes, including precedent management, automation and the implementation of AI tools;
· Carry out any other related tasks of a legal nature linked to the company's activities.

· Ability to work independently across a variety of legal matters, perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities;
