Job Description

LEGAL CONSULTATION ON AND MANAGEMENT OF STRATEGIC & EXPANSION PROJECTS

You´ll serve as Legal Counsel and take over legal responsibility of strategic projects such as Red Bull’s expansion projects and investments in an international context. This includes managing internal and external stakeholders providing expert legal advice and negotiating with external lawyers and partners.


LEGAL MANAGEMENT OF M&A PROJECTS

In this role you´ll supervise, manage and negotiate international M&A activities independently. This includes aligning with various (internal and external) stakeholders, carrying out due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating term sheets and final transaction documents, and supporting the closing and integration processes after the deal's completion.


LEGAL ADVISE FOR CONSTRUCTION and REAL ESTATE PROJECTS 

You´ll provide independent legal advice on and assistance with real estate and construction projects on a national and international scale. Responsibilities extend to liaising with internal stakeholders and negotiating with external partners and lawyers.

GENERAL LEGAL ADVISE

Additionally, you´ll contribute by giving general legal advice in the areas of general civil law, data privacy law, commercial law, and, ideally, competition law.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel focusing on M&A, preferably within a reputable firm and/or the legal department of an international company.

Law degree from a reputable university, with an added advantage of a post-graduate degree and a bar exam.

Excellent English and German skills (written, spoken, contract negotiations).

Successful track record of managing and negotiating M&A projects and working with international and top-level internal stakeholders.

Competence to manage several projects at a time independently without losing oversight.

Team player with a proactive mentality and the ability to provide innovative solutions.

Capacity to work well under pressure, respect deadlines, and assume responsibilities.

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.367,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
