What your day-to-day will look like
You will be responsible for:
- Formalizing the corporate acts of Brazilian and foreign EBANX companies and monitoring the conclusion of other legal procedures;
- Reviewing the corporate acts/documents formalized by other members of Corporate Affairs team;
- The relationship with the foreign law firms and monitoring their procedures related to the corporate acts;
- Organizing and monitoring the schedule of ordinary and extraordinary meetings that must be held in companies;
- Participating in meetings, including with external advisors, shareholders, managers and other stakeholders;
- Participating in the M&A processes, representing the Corporate Affairs team;
- Providing support for all EBANX teams in matters related to corporate acts.
What you need to shine in this role
- Bachelor of Laws;
- Solid experience with corporate law and procedures relating to the preparation of corporate acts of Brazilian and foreign companies;
- Fluent English is mandatory, Spanish is desirable;
- A keen interest in learning, working with and developing a career in Corporate Law.

• Experience in M&A transactions and corporate governance for listed companies.
