What this role is all about:
Our clients are international and our business needs a strong legal support in various jurisdictions. Internal departments need to rely on your legal expertise to support current and new clients. As we are continually expanding our footprint, we need to make sure that we are compliant in every country where we operate.
What you’ll do:
- Efficiently and adequately support the business in area of contract support
- Closely cooperating with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Adequately able to support contract negotiations in multijurisdictional environment
- Dealing with external advisors regarding various contract law matters, domestic and foreign
- Able to fully understand internal policies and reflect them in the contract/negotiation process
- Effective risk management techniques and proactivity in advising on possible legal issues
- Researching and evaluating different risk factors in foreign jurisdictions
- Being able to full understand the companies products and underlaying legal risks from contractual perspective
What makes you a strong fit:
- Law degree (LLB/LLM); additional LLM/Diploma studies is an advantage
- Bar exam (or equivalent professional qualification exam) is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability and willingness to work in global environment
- Full professional fluency in English
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
- Ability to work in additional foreign language is an advantage
- Strong negotiation skills in international environment and problem solving – solution orientated mindset
- Effective task management
- Team player with learning agility
- You have organizational, analytical and writing skills; you are quick learner, and you have a strong sense of initiative
- Strong work ethic, dedicated and efficient in handling multiple tasks in fast paced environment
