What you’ll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements with some supervision.
- Manage specific legal initiatives and contribute to key project deliverables.
- Oversee and support regional legal matters as directed by the Line Manager.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations, advising on compliance needs.
- Develop, improve, and implement new legal policies and procedures.
- Mentor and support Legal Associates in their professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and mission-driven tasks.
What makes you a strong fit
- 3+ years’ experience practicing law, with proven expertise in contract review and negotiation.
- Solid understanding of commercial, corporate, and regulatory legal matters.
- Experience managing legal projects and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at interpreting and advising on complex legal and compliance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulations and business priorities.
- Demonstrated initiative in developing and implementing legal policies and process improvements.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Prior experience in the technology, telecommunications, or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with data privacy and international regulatory frameworks.
- Experience handling legal matters across multiple countries or regions.
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
