- Identify capability gaps and translate them into relevant learning initiatives
- Design, implement and improve learning programmes, both online and offline
- Develop innovative learning solutions, including digital and blended learning formats
- Support talent management processes such as talent reviews and succession planning
- Contribute to high-potential and leadership development programmes
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support talent pipelines
- Support individual development plans and advise stakeholders on learning and talent topics
- Coordinate L&D and talent projects from concept to delivery
- Measure the effectiveness of initiatives using feedback, KPIs and business impact
- Stay up to date with trends and developments in learning, development and talent management
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably with exposure to Talent Management
- Experience designing and implementing learning programmes in a fast-paced retail organisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
- Experience with digital, blended and classroom-based learning formats
- Knowledge of talent processes such as succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development
- Project management skills and the ability to deliver initiatives on time and with impact
- A data-informed mindset, with the ability to use KPIs, feedback and insights to improve learning effectiveness
- Strong communication and advisory skills, with the confidence to partner with stakeholders across different functions
- A curious and proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation in learning
- Fluency in Dutch is plus.
