In this role, you will:
- Consult with Technology leaders to assess skill gaps, diagnose performance needs, and recommend learning solutions aligned to business outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end learning initiatives, delivering moderately complex, role-based and skills-focused solutions for diverse technology audiences.
- Design and implement learning strategies and learning paths that support onboarding, upskilling, reskilling, and leadership readiness.
- Apply a performance consulting approach, leveraging data and insights to guide recommendations and demonstrate impact.
- Partner closely with instructional design and delivery teams to ensure modern, effective, and scalable learning experiences.
- Manage day-to-day execution of projects, including timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and risks.
- Contribute to large-scale planning efforts within Technology Learning and Talent Management.
- Mentor and guide peers, supporting team capability and knowledge sharing.
- Navigate enterprise governance, risk, and compliance requirements while delivering solutions efficiently.
- 4+ years of Learning & Development consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, education, training, or military experience.
- Experience consulting with and delivering learning solutions to technology organizations.
- Strong understanding of technology roles, skill frameworks, and operating models (e.g., agile, product-based teams).
- Experience with technology learning, performance consulting, AI-enabled learning, or product-oriented learning solutions.
- Demonstrated success designing end-to-end, skills-based and role-driven learning strategies.
- Proven ability to lead moderately complex initiatives and contribute to enterprise or functional planning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
