Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Consultant to support Early Career Programs within Talent Management and Learning. In this role, you will:
- Design and deliver impactful learning programs for early career professionals in a line of business (including but not limited to Quantitative Analytics, Enterprise Functions, and STEM, Banking disciplines.
- Assess learning needs and create engaging, inclusive solutions reflective of business needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and innovation in early career development strategies.
- Lead moderately complex projects aligned with business and talent development goals.
- Support large-scale planning and execution of functional learning initiatives.
- Facilitate learning experiences focused on professional development, business acumen, technical skills, and leadership growth.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
- Integrate cross-functional knowledge to deliver learning solutions with measurable business impact.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies while resolving complex challenges.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and instructional design teams to co-create learning paths that drive performance and growth.
- Mentor junior team members and lead project teams as needed.
- 4+ years of Learning and Development Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience designing instructional content for early career talent across functions.
- Hands-on experience with early career programs (e.g., internships, analyst/associate programs, rotational development).
- Familiarity with learning platforms and tools that engage early career professionals.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform learning strategies and measure impact.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders to align learning initiatives with strategic goals.
- Skilled in facilitating interactive, in-person training sessions.
- Experience developing content for varied learning needs across business units.
- Background in coaching and mentoring across career stages, with a focus on growth and performance.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
- Proficiency in Degreed and Workday preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- This position will require onsite presence at one of the locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule, at least three times a week.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$77,000.00 - $133,000.00
