Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, eliminate waste, and improve productivity. Identify opportunities via process analysis and VSM, implement standardized Lean methodologies, track KPIs and savings, coach teams, and ensure sustainability of improvements across manufacturing and corporate areas.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

•Lead and manage Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, waste elimination, and productivity improvement.

•Identify improvement opportunities through process analysis, Value Stream Mapping, and performance metrics.

•Drive the achievement of savings targets by delivering measurable financial results from Lean initiatives.

•Establish, implement, and standardize Lean methodologies and tools across manufacturing and corporate areas.

•Ensure proper follow-up, tracking, and sustainability of implemented improvements.

•Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean projects, savings, and operational efficiency.

•Support cross-functional teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.

•Promote a culture of Lean thinking and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

•Provide training and coaching on Lean principles and tools to employees at different organizational levels.

  
YOU HAVE:

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

•Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required.  

•6+ experience in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement within manufacturing or corporate environments.

• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, 5S, Waste Reduction).

•Black Belt certification MUST have.

•Proven track record to deliver measurable cost savings and productivity improvements.

•Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Skills Required
