About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking highly motivated and experienced candidates that have filled the role(s) of: Agile Delivery Lead, Solution Train Engineer, Release Train Engineer, Release Manager or similar, to lead Product-line execution and oversight, ensuring alignment across architecture, engineering, and strategic objectives. You will partner closely with both our Product and Technology leaders to coordinate across teams and manage dependencies and risks to maintain delivery flow. Your contributions in this role will be an important element of our Agile Delivery practice, helping realize our vision to enable and continuously improve our delivery process.
In this role, you will:
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence cross-product release plans of high complexity with significant dependencies across multiple products and/or teams within a product line or single product
  • Lead the strategy and creation of highly complex product releases requiring coordination and analysis across multiple products and/or teams
  • Drive continuous delivery performance improvement leveraging delivery metrics
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative release planning, dependency and delivery coordination and compliance requirements across multiple products and/or teams
  • Strategically engage with Business Services Leads, Delivery Leads, Product Owners, Technology Leads and Scrum Masters and serve as an expert advisor to Product Management and Technology Leadership
  • Act as a coach across the product for Agile and Product Ways of Working, ensuring compliance with Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle and Change Management policies as well as Ensure properly managing quality release communications
  • Drive retrospectives and improvement initiatives across the Product Line. Promote Lean-Agile principles and process maturity
  • Facilitate Quarterly Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Product Syncs, and other cadence-based events. Ensure alignment across teams and remove impediments
  • Define and track Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, predictability, flow efficiency). Provide insights to leadership and stakeholders
  • Provide status report to stakeholders and leadership with context on delivery, delivery slips, and impacts to timelines
  • Artifacts you will produce and own: JIRA dashboards and JIRA roadmaps to track delivery, defects, impediments and dependencies, JIRA hygiene dashboards, capacity vs demand views, executive reports, release reports, and agile metrics
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Technology Delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 7+ years of Agile Program Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role (Agile Delivery Lead, Solution Train Engineer, Release Train Engineer, Release Manager)
  • Experience leading large planning efforts across multiple product teams in an agile development environment. Jira, or similar, subject matter expert
  • Scrum Master/SAFe/LeSS certification, Engineering or Architecture background

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
$139,000.00 - $217,000.00
