About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Services Lead (BSL) to provide strategic operational support for Consumer Technology group: Home Lending Technology. The Consumer Technology (CT) group executes the Wells Fargo Technology strategy and offers a strategic technology perspective to the lines of business and products we support. This role provides the CIO and their leadership team exceptional operational services and capabilities that amplify our customers impact, drive excellence, and ensure our technology initiatives are delivering business value. In this role, you will:
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic counselor to executive leadership and their team.
Function as an operational linchpin and strategic facilitator fundamental to the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams supported requiring strong knowledge and understanding of technology operations, product models, annual planning, workforce and staffing, and budget insight.
Deliver operational oversight and execution for your aligned CIO acting as the point of contact for all BSL Product services including strategy, communications, workforce management, risk and control, demand management, financial management, employee engagement and reporting.
Provide executive support for special initiatives, engagement related activities, and ad-hoc operational requests.
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation and cross channel collaboration.
Engage with the technology leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes.
Advise and influence leadership in support of developing programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

Dynamic, self-driven, and results oriented leader with a strong sense of prioritization, execution and urgency that can operate in a highly complex organization
Track record of collaborating and building highly successful partnerships with executives and shared service organizations to deliver solutions effectively and efficiently
Ability to influence, partner, communicate and negotiate with all levels of leadership to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy and ability to thrive in a changing and dynamic environment
Highly experienced in framing executive conversational, presentations, and analysis with ability to take complex ideas and synthesize key concepts and approaches
Finance, budget planning and familiarity with contract requirements, contract negotiation, and execution
Experience in successfully managing complex strategic programs/projects through project lifecycle from conception through roll-out and ongoing support in a large organization
Experience operating within Agile product model environment (Scrum/Kanban)
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Experience with Workforce Management
Experience with Portfolio Demand and Capacity Management
Experience with Governance and Control
