Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant within the Technology enablement team to help with Strategic Workforce Simplification, Unified Operating Model, control tower ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you will:
- Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide
- Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes
- Lead efforts to simplify and automate workforce processes across the entire Technology organization.
- Consolidate fragmented processes to ensure alignment, standardization, and consistency across CIO teams.
- Provide actionable insights and end-to-end visibility on headcount, requisitions, and compliance.
- Work closely with HR, Risk, Finance, Real Estate, and Technology partners to embed accountability and controls
- 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5 years of governance design, decision-rights frameworks, risk, controls, and compliance models experience
- 5 years of data storytelling and analytical skills experience with influence across HR, Finance, Risk, and CIO teams.
- 5 years of experience with setting baseline metrics such as cycle times, handoffs, exception frequency, and risk touchpoints.
- Experience creating governance model defining decision rights, escalation paths, and data governance standards.
- Experience developing a consolidated weekly report summarizing trends and key decisions to support leadership.
- Experienced in framing executive conversational, presentations, and analysis with ability to take complex ideas and synthesize key concepts and approaches.
- Finance, budget planning and familiarity with contract requirements, contract negotiation, and execution
- Experience operating within Agile product model environment (Scrum/Kanban)
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$167,000.00 - $260,000.00
