Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of robust software solutions using ASP.NET Web Forms, SQL Server, and jQuery, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
Optimize SQL performance through tools such as SQL Profiler and Execution Plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate workflow and business logic integration.
Mentor junior engineers and promote software development best practices.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to behavioral health technology.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality across delivered solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience (10+ years) in software engineering. Prior experience in healthcare is a plus.
ASP.NET Web Forms: Advanced development and maintenance of web-based applications.
C#.NET: Expertise in building scalable software solutions.
SQL Server: Strong skills in database design, management, and performance tuning.
jQuery: Proficiency in client-side scripting for dynamic web applications.
SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services): Experience in developing and maintaining reports.
Software Engineering Best Practices: Deep understanding of agile methodologies, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), and software testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product management and other teams.
Experience in cloud-based solutions, particularly Azure DevOps, is a plus.
