About Power Factors

Power Factors is a leading provider of software and technology solutions serving the renewable energy, energy technology, and industrial sectors. As we execute our growth strategy across North America and international markets, we're building organizational capabilities that support our expanding customer base and product portfolio. Our global team is driven by innovation, technical excellence, and a commitment to powering the energy transition through better technology and better talent.

About You

You're a strategic talent acquisition leader with 10+ years of experience advising executives on workforce capability, market dynamics, and competitive hiring strategy. You bring deep industry knowledge in software, SaaS, renewable energy, or industrial technology sectors, and you've recruited successfully across multiple countries and talent markets. You're as comfortable challenging a leader's hiring assumptions as you are closing a difficult candidate negotiation, and you bring credible market intelligence that influences organizational decisions.

You thrive on complexity — senior technical roles, niche skill sets, international searches, and passive talent markets. You're a skilled advisor, an active sourcer, a trusted coach to junior recruiters, and a process improver who knows where AI can elevate recruiting quality without removing human judgment. You're energized by building capabilities that enable business execution.

What You'll Do and How You'll Have an ImpactStrategic Talent Partnership & Advisory
  • Develop deep understanding of Power Factors' business model, products, markets, and growth strategy to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational capability
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring activity, salary expectations, and hiring risks; challenge assumptions and influence decisions through data and industry expertise
  • Partner with leaders to anticipate future talent needs and establish proactive recruiting strategies for critical roles, including insights on skill gaps, succession concerns, and workforce risks
  • Leverage strong external market knowledge from technology, SaaS, energy technology, or industrial sectors to identify emerging trends, skill shortages, and market risks
Complex Recruitment & International Search
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex, senior, specialized, technical, commercial, corporate, and leadership-level roles across North America, Europe, and other international markets
  • Conduct strategic intake meetings and design search strategies for hard-to-fill roles, niche skill sets, competitive talent markets, and international hiring needs
  • Build sourcing strategies tailored to regional talent pools, market conditions, and role complexity; manage sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer support, and close activities
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to support international hiring strategy, employment models, and market entry considerations
  • Represent Power Factors professionally and ensure a high-quality, structured, evidence-based candidate experience
Team Leadership & Process Innovation
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to junior recruiters and recruiting coordinators as an IC6 member of the global Talent Acquisition team
  • Coach recruiters on strategic intake, talent mapping, candidate assessment, hiring manager calibration, and market advisory conversations; act as senior point of escalation for complex searches
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, reduce administrative effort, and strengthen quality of hire; contribute to scalable recruiting playbooks, sourcing guides, and assessment standards
  • Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools responsibly to improve sourcing, outreach, and productivity while keeping human judgment, fairness, and bias awareness central to hiring decisions
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including senior-level ownership of complex searches
  • Demonstrated experience as a strategic Talent Acquisition advisor to business leaders, not solely as a requisition-based recruiter
  • Strong industry experience within software, SaaS, renewable energy, energy technology, industrial technology, engineering, or adjacent sectors
  • Significant experience recruiting across international markets and supporting globally distributed teams
  • Proven ability to advise leaders on talent market dynamics, workforce planning, hiring feasibility, and organizational capability needs
  • Strong direct sourcing expertise, including passive candidate engagement, talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and pipeline development
  • Experience recruiting for technical, commercial, corporate, and leadership roles
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and provide credible recommendations grounded in business context and market insight
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing functional guidance to junior recruiters
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate comfortably in a global environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience in a global SaaS, energy technology, renewable energy, industrial software, or high-growth technology company
  • Experience recruiting in Houston, Texas, Boston, Massachusetts, or other competitive North American and international talent markets
  • Experience with Workable or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Experience using AI-powered sourcing, research, and recruiting productivity tools
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, organizational design discussions, or strategic talent reviews
  • Experience reducing agency dependency through proactive pipeline building and direct sourcing
