Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate QA activities across voicebot development projects, ensuring product quality and timely delivery
Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for voicebot conversation flows, APIs, and system integrations
Perform API, integration, system, and regression testing to validate platform functionality and partner integrations
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to improve test coverage and reduce regression testing time
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Project teams to clarify requirements, identify risks, and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle
Review defects, perform root cause analysis, and work with developers to resolve issues efficiently
Guide and mentor QA team members, promoting best practices in testing, automation, and quality processes
Support post-release validation and monitoring, ensuring stability and continuous improvement of deployed solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to guide, mentor, and support QA team members while promoting best practices in quality assurance
Strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering reliable, high-quality software
Growth mindset with the willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies and testing approaches
Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, testing strategies, tools, and quality best practices
Hands-on experience in API testing and validation, using tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, or custom scripts
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework, Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright) to improve test coverage and reduce regression testing cycles
Familiarity with test automation practices within CI/CD pipelines
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality across the development lifecycle
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
Nice to Have:
Experience working with voicebot, chatbot, or conversational AI platforms
Experience testing AI-driven, API-based, or integration-heavy systems
