About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Project Manager to join the Business Enablement team to partner with the Commercial Banking (CB) Data Management team. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:

Manage project deliverables for the CB Data Management team with a focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements to meet strategic goals and objectives

Partner with the regulatory reporting team to refine the remediation backlog and simplify the data supply chain to ensure the highest quality end product
-
Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management
-
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement
-
Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment
-
Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are companywide to support operations using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts

Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization
Required Qualifications:
-
7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with broad knowledge in more than one of the following areas: commercial lending, regulatory reporting, data and analytics, product management, business process management, and commercial lending technology

Prior experience and track record working on large scale, intense transformation/change management initiatives across a wide range of functions, including data, reporting, and technology
-
Prior experience and track record working effectively with senior leadership
-
Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals

Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
-
Energetic contributor who is passionate, flexible, conscientious and has a demonstrated ability to work in unstructured environments

Ability to work well in a rapid-paced environment and be passionate about leading transformational change.

Develops an independent point of view and can lead through problem solving
-
Superior collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization is a requirement.

A BS/BA degree or higher preferred
