We're seeking a dynamic, experienced Product Specialist (aka Business Analyst) to join our growing R&D - Data & Analytics team. 

As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in defining, shaping, and refining enterprise-grade software solutions. Your primary focus will be on understanding business needs, gathering and analyzing requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the development of fit-for-purpose products. Stability, usability, scalability, and business value are central to this role.

As a Product Specialist, you are expected to:

• Lead the requirements gathering and elicitation process, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
• Ensure that product features align with business objectives, usability standards, and enterprise-grade quality expectations.
• Apply structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to product design and development processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, UX designers, and business leaders to drive successful product outcomes.
• Support and contribute to product roadmap planning, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Document and communicate requirements, user stories, workflows, and business processes in a structured and clear manner.
• Advocate for user-centric design and leverage methodologies such as Design Thinking to enhance product value.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing insights into product innovation and process improvements.
• Facilitate presentations, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions to ensure seamless adoption and understanding of product features.
• Be a team player, self-driven, and eager to learn and apply new technologies and methodologies to improve product outcomes.

MUST

• A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or IT.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with enterprise-grade applications in a product or business analysis capacity.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation to translate business needs into actionable product features.
• Experience in product design and development processes, with a user-centric approach.

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior exposure to big data technologies and tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies is a plus.
• A natural curiosity and passion for learning new technologies and processes to drive product innovation.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a structured and analytical mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative and strategic approach to product development.
