In this role, you will:
- Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
- Identify actionable insights through portfolio, product, and business performance analysis; develop business cases, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and evaluate strategic opportunities to support growth initiatives and investment decisions
- Perform forecasting, performance evaluations, and actual versus forecast analysis to identify key drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommendations that improve product and portfolio outcomes
- Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the lending products and services
- Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for the personal loans product lines
- Articulate product vision, define scope, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
- Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts across marketing, finance, credit risk, legal, and product development
- Serve as an adept advisor to leadership
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of experience in P&L management, pricing, product management, credit risk, or finance in financial services
- In-depth experience in lending product management with P&L responsibilities, preferably within consumer lending personal loans
- Knowledge and understanding of lending strategies and methodologies, and key performance drivers
- Strong financial and quantitative analysis skills to help maximize performance metrics linked to lending P&L
- Strong analytical skills, including segmenting performance, conducting funnel analytics, and deriving insights from large datasets
- Demonstrated ability to use data, competitive insights, and cost-benefit analysis to drive decisions in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Experience performing forecasting, performance evaluations, and actual versus forecast analysis to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities and inform strategic recommendations
- Experience extracting, analyzing, and synthesizing data to develop business insights and recommendations; experience with SAS, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools preferred
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable, insight-driven recommendations
- Experience building strong relationships, influencing without authority, and collaborating effectively across multiple lines of business in complex, matrixed environments
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to build executive-ready presentations that translate complex analysis into clear, compelling insights
- Results-driven, highly organized and adaptable, skilled at prioritizing and delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic settings

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
