About the role:

In this position with Roundglass Foundation (RGF), reporting to the Leader Roundglass Foundation, you will work closely with the foundation’s programme and thematic leads on various initiatives and strategies and will be responsible for the operational activities and project management across RGF’s various programmes. You will also add value by improving processes and identifying opportunities to augment productivity & promote synergies. You will need to work with the thematic leads to co-create and partner on the implementation of various initiatives and monitor & track impact and outcomes. You will be expected to play the role of a thinker, facilitator, and partner in equal measure with the thematic leaders.

 

This role would be ideal for you if you have an attention for detail, are solution-oriented, and looking to make an impact through the grassroots programs.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Work on driving various initiatives, strategy and impact measurement processes and programmes working with the RGF thematic teams.
  • Own the project & progress tracking for key initiatives of RGF
  • Research, conceptualize and implement, through the thematic teams, various projects and programmes that create value for the organization e.g. working on Concept Notes, Goal Trackers and Budgets for RGF
  • Lead with data and success metrics for RGF initiatives. Use tech tools to build intelligent reports that give consistent, transparent and real time updates about the impact that RGF initiatives are making
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in productivity, bring efficiencies and building initiatives to scale so that RGF can achieve its multi-year goals.
  • Identify key internal and external customers and stakeholders work across functions and varied Business Units to drive common agenda, influence and impact RGF centric requirements.
  • Work at bringing consistency in policies, processes, review mechanisms and progress reporting across RGF.
  • Seek ongoing feedback from the Thematic team and identify common thematic areas and concerns and work with intra- and inter-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Act as a change-agent by devising measures and processes to augment data-driven decision-making capabilities within the organization, and converting ambiguous data into meaningful and accurate information, reports and dashboards.




Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business, Social Sciences, or other related field with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience of having worked in the social sector or consulting organizations
  • Understanding of social and development sector would be a big plus
  • Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes
  • Penchant for data coupled with excellent analytical skills to cut through the clutter to focus on delivering on concurrent tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work at and navigate all levels of an organization, driving decisions and direction through influence, including executive and senior business stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills, interpersonal skills, and a professional presence with the ability to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise
  • Able to think of the Big Picture while paying close attention to details and synthesize them to put them into well-rounded/wholistic context
  • Ability to work autonomously to investigate and present solutions that solve complex problems quickly and effectively in a fast paced, result-driven environment
  • Able to support team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working when necessary
  • Able to collaborate with and adapt to multi-cultural working environment and with diverse national and international partners
  • Able and ready to commute to villages frequently.


Skills Required
