As a Senior Lead, IT Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring business needs and processes are clearly understood and supported. You will provide expertise to IT, business leaders, and process owners to identify technology opportunities and help prioritize initiatives. You will also analyze business processes, elicit and document requirements, and facilitate communication across business groups and IT teams. A critical part of this role is fostering strong, collaborative relationships with Divisional teams, with a particular focus on the Mako Enterprise Technology (MET) teams.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the MET organization and functional teams.
- Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements.
- Improve the business analysis function through best practices, process management, mentoring, and education.
- Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectives.
- Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
- Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.

What you need
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 6+ years of work experience.
- Experience with process mapping.
- Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree.
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
- Experience in Agile Development methodologies.
$100,500.00 - $215,300.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
